The photo was taken on Dec 30th, 1999 during Phish's three-day Millenium concert at Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation in Big Cypress FL. Jim Billie, John McEuen, and Raiford Starke were rehearsing with Phish for a few minutes before we took the stage that day before a crowd of 80,00 people to perform two or three of the Chief's songs.
